B3 How to write

Format: Interactive teaching and individual work

Using the principles of quality improvement, the presenters, former journal editors, will help participants develop structures that facilitate the process of writing and turn quality improvement stories into abstracts for others to read. Writing an abstract is the first stage in preparing the groundwork for writing papers for publication.

After this session you will be able to:

  • Learn how to write about your quality improvement work in abstract format
  • Learn to tell the stories behind quality improvement experiences
  • Gain insights into your own work by learning which messages are important to others
