The 2010 Forum comes to the city of Nice which is located on the French Riviera in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur. Blessed by a sunny, temperate climate, Nice attracts visitors from around the world. Among its many attractions are its beautiful beaches, lovely seaside promenade, interesting museums, famous landmarks and other tourist attractions.
Venue
The 2010 Forum will take place at The Nice Acropolis, France located at Esplanade Kennedy, -BP4083, 06302 Nice.
Directions
Airports
The Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is France's second-largest international airport and is located 15 minutes from the Acropolis (7 km from the city centre). More than 50 airlines provide regular service to destinations throughout the world. Trams
The tram (T1) runs for 8.7 km and stretches from the northern tip of Nice, Nice-Nord (Boulevard Comte de Falicon) near the Ray Stadium and the A8 motorway, all the way to Pont Michel in the Saint Roch neighbourhood. The stop nearest to the venue is Acropolis
Registration
Registration will take place on the ground floor of the venue. We recommend that delegates pre-register on Tuesday 20th April from in order to beat the queues on Wednesday morning. Registration is open as follows:-
- Tuesday 20 April: 8:00am - 9:00am (full day mini-course attendees only)
- Tuesday 20 April: 5:00pm - 7:00pm (all attendees)
- Wednesday 21 April: 7:30am – 6:00pm (all attendees)
- Thursday 22 April: 7:30am – 6:00pm (all attendees)
- Friday 23 April: 7:30am – 5:00pm (all attendees)
Taxis
The Hostess at the welcome desk can arrange taxis. In addition, there are a number of official taxi ranks in the town.
Car park
The nearest car park to the Acropolis is Parc Auto Acropolis, which is approximately 5 minutes walk from the venue, close to the exhibition hall. Participants arriving by car are advised to use these facilities. Parking fees are not included in the registration fee.
Cash machine
An ATM / cash machine is located just outside the Acropolis, close to the Mediterranée Entrance
Travel
We urge you not to make non-refundable travel arrangements prior to receiving email confirmation of your registration. BMJ Group Ltd cannot be held responsible for non-refundable travel tickets.
Letters of invitation and visas
Some visitors from non-European countries will require a visa to enter France. Please check the requirements with your nearest French embassy or consulate. If a letter of invitation is required to support your visa please contact Emma Miles, Conference Assistant at: emiles@bmjgroup.com

Conference attire
The dress code for the conference is smart-casual, and comfortable shoes are recommended. Daytime temperatures range from 9C to 16C in Nice in April.
Badges
You will be issued with your name badge when you register. Please be aware that you must wear your badge at all times during the Forum.
