The theme for the 2010 Forum is on "Improving quality, reducing costs". On the first day of the Forum, Tuesday 20 April, there will be four full day mini-courses running concurrently with a full day event, the Global Patient Safety Summit. The general conference sessions starts on Wednesday 21 April and ends on Friday 23 April.
