Dr. Doris Voit is a Specialist Obstetrician and Gynaecologist working for the German Hospital Federation in Berlin. She pursued an international clinical academic career, has been active in patient-oriented health research and medical education and has published a variety of journal articles.

As an expert in quality assurance and quality management, she represents German hospitals at the Federal Joint Committee, the highest decision-making body of the German joint self-government. She is participating in national decision-making processes by actively contributing to the development of national directives and rulings for German healthcare providers.
