Grace is Senior Manager, Impact, Research and Evaluation in the Sustainable Improvement (SI) team, NHS England. She leads a team of researchers and analysts, supporting SI improvement programmes to evidence the impact value and impact of the programmes. Grace has over 20 years of experience in research and evaluation in NHS service improvement, patient safety and quality. Over the past year, she has overseen and championed the development of the impact framework, and is passionate about the difference it can make to improvement programmes who are looking to evidence the impact of their work in a robust and meaningful way.
