National Programme Manager, High Intensity Network at NHS England

Paul is the National Programme Manager for the High Intensity Network in England. The network is a collaboration of NHS Mental Health Trusts and Police Forces committed to finding new solutions for mental health patients who repeatedly use emergency and healthcare services, often posing high risks of harm to themselves and their communities when in crisis. The network is supported by NHS England and the National Police Chief’s Council.
