Exhibitor Information

We would like to offer you the opportunity to exhibit at the Forum. There are many packages available to fulfil your organisation's marketing objectives and budget - this is an ideal opportunity to reach key opinion leaders involved with improving health care worldwide.

Space Availability and Assignment

The conference will include exhibition spaces for use during the designed exhibit times. Space will be assigned on a 'first come, first served' basis, according to receipt of signed contract and fee payment.

There are two options available:-

Fully Furnished Stand
Includes 3m x 3m floor space, walling system, one table, two chairs, electricity point, one spotlight, carpet and name board fascia.

Space Only Stand

Includes a 3m x 3m floor space only. The exhibitor is responsible for providing furniture and any other requirements.

Also included in rental fee

Exhibitors will receive two complimentary exhibition badges per stand.  Exhibitor badges give free access to the exhibit area and admission to the Welcome Reception and Plenary Sessions each day. Please note, complimentary exhibitor badges will not grant admission to any other session during the course of the event.

Complimentary company listing in Conference Guide, inlcluding company name, address, phone, email and URL, as well as a 40 word company description.

Exhibitor Manual

The Exhibition Manual has be forwarded to all registered exhibitors - this includes reservation for all amenities such as additional furniture, telephone.

Freight & Venue

Please do not send and deliveries to the venue before Tuesday 22 April. There will be nowhere to store them and you may not receiving them at all. Our official freight company ESI Services International will happily store and deliver goods to the venue on 22nd April.
