Isabel Rodrigo is a Ph.D. in Science. Medical Doctor in Preventive Medicine and Public Health. Master in Quality of Health Care and in Patient Safety. She is currently Head of the Support Clinical Care Management and Continuity of Care Department of the Navarra Hospital Complex. Previously she has been head of the Research and Knowledge Management Unit, Head of the Clinical Care Analysis and Control Department and Responsible for the Patient Safety Strategy of Navarra.

Isabel has won 10 National and International Awards, had 35 articles published and participated in 9 National Funded Research Projects. She is a Certified Senior Assessor for EFQM and teaches in a number of different quality programs.
