Jane Evans, Director, Organisational Redesign and Performance Excellence at Eastern Health is responsible for the development and implementation of the redesign program and methodology across all Eastern Health sites and programs to ensure Performance Excellence.  

Previously, Jane was Manager, Health Reform Programs, Department of Health where she was responsible for the development and implementation of the Redesigning Hospital Care Program across Victoria. Jane was named as one of the 2017 Top 50 Public Sector Women (Victoria) which recognises the exceptional female leaders building high performing teams and transforming the communities across Local and State Government and Statutory Authorities, in the Victorian Public Sector.
