Hugh McCaughey, Chief Executive, South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust; Northern Ireland

Hugh McCaughey is the Chief Executive of the South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust. He is a Non-Executive member of the Workforce Development Trust and Chair of the Northern Ireland Cancer Network. Hugh has experience in a range of Health and Social Care leadership positions and has a particular interest and passion in quality improvement, promoting safer care and improving population health and wellbeing. Hugh was also a member of the IHI Faculty for the STOP programme in Portugal.
