Tan Sri Siti Sadiah is a Director of KPJ Healthcare Berhad (KPJ), Malaysia’s leading provider of private healthcare services.

Prior to that, Tan Sri was the Managing Director of KPJ from 1 March 1993 until her retirement in 31 December 2012. She subsequently was appointed as KPJ’s Corporate Advisor from 1 January 2013 to 31 December 2014. In addition, she was also the Chairman and Pro-Chancellor of KPJ Healthcare University College(KPJUC), from 1 August 2011 to 31 December 2016.

Tan Sri commenced her career with Johor Corporation (JCorp) in 1974, and was appointed as the Chief Executive of Kumpulan Perubatan (Johor) Sdn Bhd, from 1989 until the listing of KPJ Healthcare in 1994.

Aligning strategic, visionary and transformational leadership in KPJ, the Group has been able to break much new ground and achieve unprecedented success on many fronts in owning and managing private hospitals since 1981.

In 2010, Tan Sri Siti became the first woman ever to be named “CEO of The Year”, in recognition of her achievements in 2009, by the New Straits Times Press and American Express.

Tan Sri sits on various corporate Boards, namely Chemical Company of Malaysia Berhad (CCM), CCM Duopharma Biotech Berhad, OSK Holdings Berhad and she is the Chairman of Nationwide Express Holdings Berhad, apart from being on the Boards and Committees of several local and international Universities.

In June 2016, she was appointed as the Chairman of Universiti Utara Malaysia(UUM), an eminent management university in Malaysia.

Tan Sri Siti still actively shares her experience on numerous platforms each year, in order to inspire and encourage other leaders to soar to their greatest potential.
