Jessica Perlo

Jessica Perlo is the Network Director of the Institute for Healthcare Improvement’s Open School, an interprofessonial educational program which provides health students with the skills to become change agents in health care. She works closely with the network of Chapters around the world to foster their development and engagement with quality improvement, patient safety, leadership, and patient- and family-centered care initiatives. She also works with expert faculty to support their involvement in the education of health professional students world-wide. Jessica holds a Bachelor’s in Science from the University of Vermont and a Masters in Public Health from Boston University School of Public Health. For over seven years she’s worked in health professional program development: first for a health systems research agency in New York and later for Partners Healthcare and Brigham and Women’s Hospital, teaching affiliates of Harvard Medical School in Boston.
