By the 25 years experienced in Healthcare business, working in many leading hospitals in Thailand, with the education background of Bachelor degree of Pharmacy from Chulalongkorn University and 2 Master degrees of Strategic Marketing Management and Human Resource Management from Assumption University and Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration respectively, Ms. Artirat Charukitpipat has strong working ambition and direction of developing service quality, business process improvement and patient safety standard by using patient centric baseline. She has also utilized technology and information system solutions to enhance the simplicity but more efficiency as much as possible.

Ms. Artirat has started working for Bumrungrad International Hospital PCL since 2012 as Chief People Officer for one year, then she was promoted to be Chief Administrative Officer and now in position Chief Operating Officer.

Ms. Artirat has received various responsibilities in the hospital. She also leads and executes to transform Human Resource division to be the organization’s business partner known as Human Capital.

She also takes the major role in Bumrungrad Academy which emphasizes on the knowledge providing, sharing, improving employees’ capabilities which reflects the world class service, patient safety and quality and professional management

By realizing many major factors in expanding business with her broad vision, Ms. Artirat has been assigned to take responsibility in the wellness and anti-aging in Vitallife Wellness Center, a part of Bumrungrad International hospital PCL, which strengthen and broaden her knowledge and experiences in health care and related businesses.
