Sibylle Erdmann spent 400 days living with her son in various London hospitals and has a large account base of experiences from this time and all the various outpatients’ appointments since then. She learned a lot about the human body and how medical decision-making processes work. She is interested in the role that parents, carers or all patients play in this process.
Sibylle is currently writing a doctorate on ‘Healthcare Decisions for Children’, having turned her first-hand experiences into a new vocation. She is an organisational psychologist by profession, having worked in HR consulting, in particular employee engagement, for 15 years.
