Dr Sharon Kletchko, a Canadian Fellow of the RCPS Canada as well as a Fellow of the RACP, has been working in the New Zealand Public Health System for over 35 years. She is known for her capability in leading society wide transformation. Quality and Safe Care delivered by competent, skilled staff with informed and engaged patients is her cornerstone. Dr Kletchko has had numerous roles in New Zealand and internationally and is interested in ‘system-thinking’ methodologies, population segmentation analytics and health system performance and productivity.
