Debbie Slye
Debbie leads the development and delivery of clinical care solutions for the Philips Healthcare Transformation Services business globally. She has co-developed a model for the design of human-centric high performing healthcare organisations, which includes a clinically-driven integrated approach to service model development, facility and accommodation planning, technology innovation and enablement, and business modelling. Debbie has led strategic projects with particular emphasis on developing continuum-based services to achieve benefits that can be translated into improved outcomes. She is an advanced practice nurse and a certified coach for Exponential Organisations.
