Display your poster in Amsterdam 2018
If you displayed a poster in Kuala Lumpur 2017, your work can also be displayed at the International Forum in Amsterdam in May 2018!
We have hundreds of poster displays every year and the event is attended by over 3,000 delegates from all over the world.
Why secure a poster display at the International Forum?
The poster displays are a valuable opportunity to tell colleagues and experts who attend the International Forum about your improvement projects and to help others learn from your strategies and experiences. Showing a wide range of improvement and safety projects implemented in local, national or global settings, the displays are available onsite for all attendees to view and learn from.

Take your Kuala Lumpur poster to Amsterdam - here is what you need to do to
All abstracts for poster display are peer-reviewed. If you displayed a poster in Kuala Lumpur, you are required to resubmit your peer-reviewed abstract via the International Forum Amsterdam 2018 online system by 6 November 2017. See steps 1 – 4 below.
Only applications submitted online and containing the abstracts template you’ve submitted to International Forum Kuala Lumpur 2017 will qualify.
1. Resubmit your abstract under the theme ‘Kuala Lumpur Poster Presenters’.
Please resubmit the same abstract you have submitted previously to International Forum Kuala Lumpur 2017. This abstract would be on an International Forum Kuala Lumpur 2017 template. Once you submit your abstract, it will be safely stored and it will not be sent for peer-review (your Kuala Lumpur abstract has already been peer-reviewed and approved). The abstract must be submitted to the theme ‘Kuala Lumpur Poster Presenters’. Your submission is complete once you have reached the Submission Complete page.
You will receive a confirmation email once your template has been successfully submitted. Please ensure it has been completed in full before you submit. Only submissions received via the online system will be accepted. Any proposals submitted by email/ fax will be deleted and will not qualify for poster display.
2. We will notify you
You will be notified by email in December 2017 that your abstract has been accepted. Please note that the email address that you supply in the Submitter Details page will be the email address used to correspond the results of your submission. If you change email addresses during this time, please let us know so we can update the system.
3. Register to attend the International Forum In Amsterdam
Once you submit your abstract or once you receive your confirmation that is has been accepted (it will be accepted if you displayed it in Kuala Lumpur), you will need to register to attend the International Forum in Amsterdam for a minimum of 2 days (Thursday-Friday) to be able to display your poster. Early Bird discounts end on 7 February 2018.
4. Design your poster
You can reuse the poster you had on display in Kuala Lumpur or you can use our poster guide, which will be published shortly, to prepare your poster for display in Amsterdam. The poster guidelines are occasionally updated so please check for updates and additional information about displaying your poster on our Posters FAQ page.
