Felicity comes to this role with more than 10 years\u2019 experience working in the maternity sector. She began her career as a registered nurse and midwife, working in a number of clinical midwifery roles across the continuum of pregnancy, birth and postnatal care. She is committed to driving multidisciplinary collaboration and her work with Safer Care Victoria has offered many opportunities to pursue this at a state-wide level. Felicity has recently completed a Masters of Midwifery Studies, the NSW Clinical Excellence Commission\u2019s Improvement Coach Program and the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) Breakthrough Series College.
