Thursday 7 November | 15:15-16:15<\/strong><\/p> Session format: Panel<\/em><\/p> Stream: tbc<\/em><\/p> Seeking humanity: a health informed approach to homelessness to drive impactful change\u00a0<\/strong><\/p> Homelessness affects everybody \u2013 directly or indirectly. Urgency, hope and new models of care are mandatory if we are to recognise the scale of homelessness in Australia that is both preventable and solvable. In this session we will hear from leaders in the field \u2013 change makers and those with a lived experience of homelessness working collaboratively to systemically end homelessness. Experts will include staff from: Australian Alliance to End Homelessness (AAEH) – an independent champion for preventing and ending homelessness in Australia.
