Through her background as a Registered Nurse working in rural and remote areas of Australia, and a passion for improving access to care for rural people, she has led the successful implementation of a one health system approach to chronic disease care in the region. Her skills and experience include co-design, implementation and evaluation of large scale change, as well as leadership, coaching and empowerment of health professionals and managers.
