He founded Zambrero in 2005 while a 21-year-old medical student; the Mexican restaurant brand now operates 350+ locations worldwide and, through its Plate 4 Plate initiative, has donated nearly 100 million meals to people in need.<\/p><br><p>\u00a0<\/p><br><p>In 2011 he established the non-profit One Disease to eliminate crusted scabies in remote First Nations communities\u2014an outcome the organisation has achieved by 2022.
