They are currently the Executive Director of A Gender Agenda, supporting intersex, trans and gender-diverse people.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><br><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Holding a PhD in Education\u00a0from Western Sydney University, Dr Fraser\u2019s career spans education, research and government, where they champion inclusion and rights-based approaches to health and social policy.
