We will show how we, as Denmark’s largest municipality, work with healthcare improvements through automated effect calculation and visualisation of QI-efforts. 

In the Health and Care Administration of Copenhagen Municipality we’ve developed an audit solution which automatically supports and strengthens the assessment and communication of effect on a decentralised level as well as centralised level. The digitalised audit solution involves the health care areas medicine, hygiene and documentation. 

After this session, participants will be able to: 

• Reflect on the use of effect visualising in their own context 


• Reflect on how to streamline the work with healthcare improvement, to secure more time with the elderly in need of care
