With the recent resurgence of COVID-19 in many countries and the continuing burden on healthcare services presented by the pandemic, we have decided to extend the opportunity to join the virtual International Forum in November with lower rates. Early Bird registration will now stay open until 19 October.

We aim to provide you with a platform to learn, exchange ideas at this crucial time, re-energise and end the conference empowered to move forwards stronger and more connected than ever before, so join in with Early Bird today!

Registration and payment

All bookings are made online. 

Prices displayed below are in GBP and they do not include VAT as this will be different for some attendees.

VAT will be added automatically during the registration process based on attendees’ country of residence.

  • VAT for attendees in the UK is 20% 
  • VAT for attendees in the EU (excluding the UK) who are NOT VAT registered is 20%
  • VAT for attendees in the EU (excluding the UK) who ARE VAT registered is 0%
  • VAT for attendees different from the above is 0%

Please note that registrations made online are payable by credit/debit card or cheque. If you wish to pay by cheque please fill in our booking form and send it to us with your cheque. 

If you are registering on behalf of 5 or more people and would like to pay by invoice please email us at events@bmj.com with your organisation name and the names of all attendees you have registered, their email addresses and their booking references (if possible).

Types of registration

Our individual rates listed below are applicable to all delegates of the virtual International Forum.

Group discounts are available for groups of 10 or more individuals from the same organisation. If you would like to book more than 10 delegates please contact Warren Lee, Manager for Strategic Partnerships & Alliances, on wlee@bmj.com.

Delegate fees for the virtual International Forum

   5 days (Monday 2 – Friday 6 November 2020)

Early Bird rate (until 19 October 2020)

Standard rate (from 20 October 2020)

All individual tickets £525 £625

 

All the above prices are per delegate and are not inclusive of VAT as this is based on country of residence and will be added automatically during the registration journey as such:

  • VAT for attendees in the UK is 20% 
  • VAT for attendees in the EU (excluding UK) who are NOT VAT registered is 20%
  • VAT for attendees in the EU (excluding UK) who ARE VAT registered is 0%
  • VAT for attendees different from the above is 0%

Transferring to the virtual Copenhagen 2020

If you have registered for the original April International Forum, you should have received an email from us inviting you to transfer your registration to the virtual conference. You will be entitled to a refund of the difference in fees between the April and the November ticket types. Please see our General Attendees Information page for details.
