Aims for the Quality Improvement Leaders Programme

The Quality Improvement Leaders programme is a unique opportunity to meet with senior leaders from different countries and healthcare systems. Previously this has been a closed event for CEOs, but this year we are opening out the conversation to leaders across the QI spectrum, and hope that this diversity will allow for more innovative and challenging conversations.

The programme will showcase inspirational content as well as stimulating discussions about the challenges and opportunities in improving healthcare at an organisational and national level.

This year’s conference theme is Breaking Down Barriers, and we will be considering how we can use our individual leadership positions to better integrate our organisations with the population and environment they serve. It is also an opportunity to learn how to motivate staff and collaborators by actively focusing on the higher purpose of your work.

Who should attend?

We are looking for enthusiastic voices who can help us drive forward the QI movement. Participants should hold a leadership position in a healthcare organisation, and have influence over that organisation’s policy and strategy decisions.

There will also be spaces made available for more junior leaders who are passionate about this topic and would like to become a force to drive change.
