Karen Ingerslev is trained as a psychologist at the University of Aarhus and holds a Ph.D. in healthcare innovation and leadership from Copenhagen Business School. Karen has a background as an internal OD consultant and a manager at Aarhus University Hospital. She is the author and co-author of several publications addressing boundary crossing innovation and leadership in the public sector.
