But what happens when the workload is such that it is no longer feasible to comply with every rule? Resilience becomes the key concept. However, resilience must be organised and managed. Teamwork offers real world solutions to promote and prepare resilience.<\/span><\/p><br><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TeamSTEPPS stands for \u2018Team Strategies and Tools to Enhance Performance and Patient Safety\u201d. It offers tools and strategies to improve team communication, leadership, situation monitoring and mutual support. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The session will share tools, strategies, and experience in implementation.
