She is a member of ISQua conference organizing committee; co-lead for Quality &amp; Safety theme for the Harvard Pediatric Leadership Program; Improvement Lead for the British Association for Paediatric Nephrologists and leading on Improvement Programmes for KQUIP, a national Quality Improvement collaborative for kidney diseases. Finally over the past 10 years she has been developing a profile in leadership and coaching.
