Director of Improvement, The Health Foundation; UK

Will is Director of Improvement at the Health Foundation, responsible for an ambitious programme of activity and funding to build improvement capability, and test and evaluate improvements. Initiatives include Q, connecting people with improvement expertise across the UK, and collaboration with Cambridge University to establish The Healthcare Improvement Studies Institute.

Will was previously Forum Director for the World Innovation Summit for Health, and Operational Director at the Centre for Health Policy at Imperial College London, where he is an honorary research fellow. Will also worked as a NHS manager, and undertook the GenerationQ Fellowship in leadership and quality improvement.
