Part A: How Sweden came together to create equal health and save lives

Through an intense collaboration of 21 county councils, Sweden has built a joint structure for knowledge based equal care for the population. It is a whole system approach connecting micro-, meso- and macrosystem, and the focus is to make it possible to continuously improve the results with quality methods and using the 106 national quality registers as a measuring tool. We make each other better!

After this session, participants will be able to:

2. How to go from national to local improvement
3. Collaboration for joint goals and strategies
