Dr Eather is the National Manager of Clinical Quality and Patient Safety, Ramsay Health Care Australia, where she is responsible for the strategic oversight of clinical incident management, quality improvement, data analytics in patient safety and clinical policy and procedure. She was the former Director of Patient Safety for NSW Health at the Clinical Excellence Commission, where she was responsible for the State-wide patient safety program. She has worked in health care for 30 years in a range of clinical, operational, and clinical governance roles. She is passionate about patient safety, sharing lessons learned, and promoting safe, high quality and reliable care.
