F6: Organising Learning Networks for leadership development and continued integration of quality improvement and innovation in a welfare system

All 550 managers in Region Jönköping participate in Learning Networks to share experiences through pre-designed concepts and structured exercises. The aim is to integrate an approach for quality improvement in a whole system and to develop the personal leadership. Evaluation, through interactive research, identifies that the Learning Networks are social oasis, promoting ideas achieved in daily management, increase understanding of governance issues and achieve a new level of leadership development and value distribution.
After this session, participants will be able to:
- Understand the importance of how to integrate an approach for whole systems quality improvement work and at the same time develop the personal leadership.
- See and test how organised learning networks can promote reflection, sharing experiences, innovation and development in a complex organisation.
- Improve organising Learning Network as a component in governance systems.
