Lynn is an Allied Health Professional (Physiotherapist) with 26 years of experience in a wide range of care sectors/settings. Having been a carer for someone with dementia, Lynn is passionate about improving services for people with dementia and their carers. Lynn has an MSc in Dementia Studies and is a member of the Scotland’s National AHP Dementia Forum.

Lynn is passionate about leading and supporting improvement. She has a postgraduate certificate in Leadership and Management and is a graduate of the Scottish Improvement Leader Programme (ScIL).
