Registration and payment

The International Forum will take place on 27-29 March 2019 in Glasgow SEC Centre, Scotland, United Kingdom.

Types of registration
Our individual and group rates are applicable to all delegates, with special discounts for:

  • Students in full-time education
  • Residents of Lower Middle Income Countries (LMCs) and Lower Income Countries (LICs)

Registration and payment
All bookings should be made online.
Prices are in GBP and all prices are inclusive of 20% VAT.
Early bird registration closes on 29 January 2019.
Please note that registrations made online are payable by credit/debit card or cheque. If you wish to pay by cheque please fill in our booking form and send it to us with your cheque.
We can only issue invoices for groups of five or more people from the same organisation.

All the above prices are per delegate and are inclusive of UK VAT at 20%.

Booking as a group

Groups can save between 10% and 15% on individual delegate rates and accelerate their learning as a team.

Booking as part of a group does not only allow you to save on your delegate fees but also gives an opportunity to maximise your experience and your organisation’s exposure at the International Forum.

  • Group savings apply when a minimum of 5 or more individuals from the same organisation register at the same time
  • Group bookings are available for 2 or 3 days packages only (Thurs – Fri or Wed – Fri) and must be made online.

Scholarships and special discounts

We are able to offer a limited number of scholarships for students and teachers to attend the International Forum.

Examples for proof of status include:

– Full-time student – copy of full class schedule, student transcript, or a letter from a faculty member confirming full-time student status

– Teacher/Professor – letter of verification from individual’s department head

All applications must be received by February 15 2019.

Please note that these discounts are applicable to the registration fees for our two main conference days only (Thursday – Friday) and are not applicable for travel, accommodation or other costs associated with attending the International Forum.

Lower Middle Income and Low Income Countries rates

We do have a limited number of places for delegates who are residents of and working in low income countries (eg, India, Pakistan, Vietnam and others) and lower middle income countries (eg, China, Indonesia, Thailand or others) to attend the International Forum for the two or three day event at a reduced registration rate.

Only delegates from low income (LICs) and lower middle income (LMCs) countries qualify for our discounted rates. Please check the World Bank country classification to see if you are eligible to attend the International Forum for the two main event days (Thursday – Friday) at a reduced rate.

There is no application process. When registering, please select to register as a delegate. The discounted rate will be automatically applied when you choose a country listed as LMC or LIC on the World Bank country classification list when filling in your personal details. As allocated places are limited, discounts will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. You may be contacted to provide a proof of residency.
