Get insights into the \u2018Productive General Practice Quick Start\u2019 modular approach, explore the types of changes made to practice processes and the positive impact in terms of time, skill development and culture change and gain insights into critical success factors and how to engage general practice staff and their locality organisation.<br><br>After this session, participants will be able to:<br>1. Understand key elements in engaging a busy practice.<br>2. Assess the benefits of a modular, systematic approach to supporting general practices.<br>3. Few GPs feel confident about the use of QI tools and geographical dispersion makes QI training and mentorship challenging. In this session we unpack lessons from EQUIP (Experience in Quality ImProvement) which uses a \u2018Community of Practice\u2019 model, delivered with one-to-one mentorship and vicarious learning via ECHO (Extension of Community Healthcare Outcomes) \u2013 a case-based programme<br>delivered using web-cams.<br><br>After this session, participants will be able to:<br>1. Understand the unique context and challenges for QI in General Practice<br>2. Start to develop a QI Training Programme using ECHO for GP teams<br>3.
