Erica De Loos, works as a policy advisor for the Dutch Hospital Association since 2019. She has been working on global, European and national quality programmes for hospitals since 2005, such as the WHO High 5s programme, the European project for Patient Safety and Quality of Care and the national Faster Better programme. After working as a home care nurse and staff member for a hospital, she worked at the Dutch Institute for Healthcare Improvement (CBO) for 10 years. Thereafter she worked for Qualicor Europe, the Netherlands Federation of University Medical Centres and the Netherlands Institute of Health Services Research.
