Jessica teaches and coaches around the globe, building individual and organizational capability for improvement and well-being, and has authored several publications on these topics.<\/p><br><p>For more than a decade, Jessica has worked to design and implement health system improvement efforts, including roles at Finger Lakes Health Systems Agency, Mass General Brigham and the Atlantic Health Equity Fellowship.
