In Sheffield, she led the development of an organisation-wide improvement programme, nurturing an innovative partnership with the Dartmouth Institute, to create <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sheffieldmca.org.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/www.sheffieldmca.org.uk\/<\/a><\/span><\/p><br><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nationally, her work included development of the first national strategic framework for improvement and leadership development in England and a major programme on culture and leadership<a href=\"https:\/\/www.england.nhs.uk\/culture\/culture-leadership-programme\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> https:\/\/www.england.nhs.uk\/culture\/culture-leadership-programme\/<\/a> with Professor Michael West.
