Doctors with backgrounds in leading QI will describe their experience exacting large-scale organisational change in tertiary hospitals in London, England. Sometimes change can be challenging in complex health systems or cultures in the delivery of healthcare. We discuss how to navigate these barriers and share our experiences.<\/span><\/p>
