28 August 2024 | 11:55-13:25<\/strong><\/p> Format: Presentation<\/em> The Clinical Operations team from the RMH will describe their journey to improved access and flow for our patients through a bold and innovative strategy that included the implementation of a Victorian first – a Digital Coordination Centre and a corresponding Capacity and Patient Flow Escalation procedure.
