Yasuharu Tokuda, holder of a M.D., and M.P.H., is a Adjunct Professor of Medicine, Graduate School of Comprehensive Human Sciences, University of Tsukuba and the consultant and educator, Department of Medicine, JCHO Hospitals, Tokyo, Japan. He is also an adjunct vice director of Muribushi project for teaching hospitals in Okinawa. His areas of expertise include clinical epidemiology, general internal medicine, clinical reasoning, health services research, outcomes research, medical education, and physical examination. He has authored more than 200 peer-reviewed publications and more than a two hundred book chapters.
