Azran shares his personal experience in building new innovative businesses that challenged global industry leaders and local incumbents, from a capital intensive and highly regulated airline industry, to internet television that took on global giants and incumbent broadcasters. Each required common mindsets around courage, focus, speed and agility, and building a work culture that is founded on hiring and reinforcing learners rather than knowers, tight communication and feedback, and structured sprint rhythms. He is now applying these principles to build a new health technology start-up.
