She is trained in the fields of clinical medicine, psychology, mental health and counseling with over 20 years of experience in multi-cultural populations which utilises these combination of skill sets, and is much valued in the current scope of work. Her current work portfolio includes designing a quality improvement framework, initiating quality improvement training and leading quality improvement projects each year. Deepthika also assist in establishing appropriate safety and quality structures for their new sister organisations \u2013 senior day care centers and nursing homes.<br><br>Deepthika is a member of Healthcare Quality Society of Singapore and represent its organisation in the Singapore Healthcare Improvement Network (SHINe).
