A healthcare professional with over 20 years\u2019 experience in healthcare operational management, quality improvement and change management. Minara worked with the NHS for 7 years before relocating to Qatar working on various improvement initiatives. In 2018, Minara commenced work with the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, and relocated to work in Bangladesh on a USAID funded project to improve the Quality of Care for maternal and newborn services in 17 Districts. In 2022, Minara relocated back to the UK and has extended her portfolio working on a range of global projects in the UK, Africa, Middle East, South and Southeast Asia. Minara has extensive experience in designing and implementing interventions that address Quality of Care and is passionate about addressing inequities through these.
