Today, it stands as a vibrant, diverse, and resilient community.<\/p> This year’s International Forum draws inspiration from this remarkable transformation. We believe in the power of forging partnerships, leading with empathy, and cultivating trust and safety. We are committed to addressing the social determinants of health, recognizing that true progress in health outcomes requires tackling the root causes.<\/p> We\u2019ll begin our opening keynote with a performance from a local community group, hear from the co-chairs of the programme planning committee and and finish with an inspiring presentation from Kedar Mate, President and CEO of Institute for Healthcare Improvement<\/p> Kevin Fenton<\/b><\/a> is a senior public health expert and infectious disease epidemiologist, who has worked in a variety of public health executive leadership roles across government and academia in the UK and internationally, including taking a leading role in London\u2019s response to the COVID-19 pandemic. He was awarded a CBE in the 2022 New Year honours list for services to public health<\/span><\/p> Joseph Lyons<\/b><\/a> is Chief Executive Officer at West Ham United Foundation.
