How can they overcome these challenges and achieve better outcomes for patients and financial sustainability? This session will address the increasing need for service and care environments to simultaneously create and deliver improved outcomes in a range of priorities which traditionally may not have been expected to compliment one another.<\/span><\/p> We will share practical approaches through multidisciplinary work that has shown to effectively deliver these elements of high-quality care with impressive results.
