This final session is for everyone who has attended any of the workshops or discussions on the theme of change. We will come together as a community of change . We will reflect on the ideas, tools, and approaches we have heard about to give us some fresh perspective on our own situations. We will consider the practical implications and opportunities for our work in a world where the balance between \u201cold power\u201d leadership of change (positional power and authority) and \u201cnew power\u201d (networks, shared purpose, and mobilising for change) is shifting to enable large scale, rapid change.
