Miss Sophronia Samouti<\/b><\/a>, shall present the Cyprus new National Health System that was implemented in 2019, a primary care driven, universal EPR system, single payor, involving public and private sector. Moreover, she will describe a model for implementing a compassionate, patient centred culture in Healthcare. <\/span>Prof George Samoutis<\/a>, <\/b>shall present the Cyprus efforts for quality management in its NHS , the need and development of a National Centre for Clinical Evidence and Quality Improvement. Finally, he shall present best practices in Healthcare quality improvement from other countries.<\/span><\/p>
