He has also managed long-term relationships with some of our partner trusts in NHS England. Prior to joining IHI, Charlie held a variety of project, programme and policy management roles for the Scottish Government, including on equity, human rights and international climate justice, managing Scotland\u2019s climate-focused international development work in Malawi, Rwanda and Zambia.
