We explain what #SpacesForListening involves, and share the value of listening gathered through people\u2019s experiences in over 350 of such spaces convened weekly since May 2020. Far more than a set of skills or specific interventions, this is a way of being with each other. Building on these experiences, we consider what this could mean for how we create and sustain a <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">culture <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">of listening in healthcare.
